Middlebury, Ind – The Jayco® Family of Companies announced that it has completed production of a new unified facility on the Middlebury, Indiana campus to accommodate the various sales departments for all brands. This state of the art, nearly 20,000 square foot complex was started October 6, 2025, and recently finished on May 4, 2026.
“It’s been a point of emphasis in recent years to unify our sales teams to operate more like one and we’ve realized many benefits in doing so. The new Sales Center will allow us to take that effort to the next level,” stated Nic Martin, Vice President of Sales for the Jayco Family of Companies. “This new facility will not only allow us to collaborate internally more successfully, but also with our dealer partners whether they’re visiting Middlebury in-person or connecting with our team virtually.”
The new Sales Center features twenty-four private offices, forty cubicles, two conference rooms, a war room, a 1,600 sq. ft. cantina style breakroom, an additional 500 sq. ft. kitchenette, and an 1,850 sq. ft. training room that seats up to 70 people. The facility is decorated with modern furnishings in the brand’s key color schemes, historical corporate timelines, company artifacts, and lifestyle imagery of the RVs the company produces throughout. It is also equipped with white noise acoustics making distractions less noticeable and increasing privacy.
The five sales departments consolidating into the facility include Jayco towables, Jayco motorized, Entegra Coach®, Heartland RV® and Open Range RV®. These individuals have until now been spread across various parts of the Middlebury campus and neighboring cities.
